With a robust background in geology engineering and construction management, I have successfully navigated the dynamic landscape of real estate investment across various markets. Over the years, I have strategically invested in 1105 doors as a Limited Partner (LP) and 310 doors as a General Partner (GP) in Texas and Florida, showcasing a keen ability to identify and capitalize on valuable opportunities.

In addition to my ventures in residential real estate, I own a couple of short-term rentals in Seattle, Washington, and have expanded my portfolio internationally with several commercial lot investments in the western region of Turkey. My entrepreneurial spirit is further exemplified by my ownership and operational management of a gas station/convenience store business in Eastern Washington for the last 15 years.

Committed to giving back to the community, I currently serve as the treasurer on the board of directors for both the Florida Turkish American Association and the M. Dogrukol Holoprosencephaly non-profit organizations. Through these roles, I leverage my professional expertise to contribute to meaningful causes and foster community development.
